2021 Vintage. Fermented on skins, this wine has an amazing nose of spice and rose petal. The mouthfeel has great texture and is dry to finish. Unfined, Unfiltered.
2020 Vintage. Dark cherry, spice and subtle oak, this wine has great texture and palate weight and will drink well on any occasion. Unfined, Unfiltered.
2022 Vintage. Bottle Fermented field blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented on skins to produce a wine with amazing texture and flavour. Pairs perfectly with friends.
